Should I provide a postal or courier address for my order?

We currently use a courier service for all parcels, so please provide a street address for larger orders - not a PO Box or Private Bag. We deliver anywhere in New Zealand. All shipping and packaging is free. 

Why can I not order the number of resources I need? I need a large amount.

Our print runs are limited by the amount of funding we have available to us. We also want to make sure our resources get to the right place and are not ordered in error or wasted. For this reason, we limit the amount of resources you can order on the webstore.

If you need more resources than the webstore will allow, don't be discouraged! Please get in touch, let us know what you need and for what purpose, and we will try to acccommodate your request. Just leave us a comment at the checkout, get in touch at resource@mentalhealth.org.nz or call 09 623 4810. 


How are your resources funded?

We rely on grants and fundraising to keep the majority of our resources in print and available to order. If you would like to fundraise or donate money to our organisation, you can visit this page or contact our fundraising team at fundraising@mentalhealth.org.nz  

 

Why are some resources out of stock?

Sometimes we are unable to keep specific resources in stock due to funding limits. Sometimes resources get snapped up more quickly than we can reprint. This can happen especially during busy periods like Mental Health Awareness Week and Pink Shirt Day. If this happens, you will see a red "x" and an "out of stock" message on this item. This means we will be reprinting again soon, so watch this space!

Also please note, some items are online-only and are not printed resources at all (see below for more on this). In this case, there will be no red "x" and no "out of stock" message on the item. You can view them all by chosing the "Online Only" tag at the top right of the page.

Why are some resources only available online?

Resources can be online-only for several reasons: They may have been developed as online items from the start, or they might get updated so frequently that printing them would not make sense. Some online-only items have gone out of print, and we have decided not to reprint them for the time being - but we are happy to keep them available for you to print locally. We provide easy-to-print low-ink versions for many our resources, which you can download and print at home or at work.

We very much understand the need for print resources, but we are not always able to fund a print run or keep items in stock. If you would like to provide feedback on any of our resources you can do so, here. 

My order never arrived!

If your order has not arrived after 10 working days, you can contact our team at resource@mentalhealth.org.nz or on 09 623 4810 and they will be able to follow-up with your order. Please have you order number ready to help us find the your order in our system.
